DeskBot requires your machine to be online. If your connection drops, execution stops until restored. For 24/7 uptime, consider AutoPilot or AlgoEngine.
Professional backtesting is available with AlgoEngine. DeskBot and AutoPilot focus on live execution with guardrails. Use TradingView or other platforms for strategy development.

In DeskBot mode, your API keys never leave your machine — algobanana runs entirely on your hardware and connects directly to your broker. In AutoPilot and AlgoEngine, credentials are encrypted at rest and in transit using a secure secrets manager with role-based access control.
We store execution logs (alert payloads, rule mappings, order details, broker responses), configuration data (rules, limits, notification settings), audit trails (who changed what, when), and monitoring data (system health, performance metrics). We never store your funds, private keys in DeskBot mode, or unnecessary personal information.
