No. algobanana provides execution tooling only. No investment advice. We help you automate your own strategies, but we do not tell you what to trade.

Is this custodial? Do you hold my funds?

Accepted Answer

No. We don't custody funds. Local mode keeps keys on your machine; Cloud mode uses your configured broker connectivity model. Your capital always stays with your broker.

Can I paper trade or dry-run first?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Start in dry-run mode to validate mappings and limits. This lets you test your configuration without placing real orders. We strongly recommend starting with dry-run.

Which brokers are supported?

Accepted Answer

We prioritize integrations by demand. Tell us your broker and we'll confirm the roadmap. Common brokers include Interactive Brokers, Binance, FTX, Bybit, and others.

What happens if something goes wrong?

You can use the kill switch, circuit breakers, and alerts. Every event is logged for review. We provide multiple layers of safety controls to protect your capital.

Can I run multiple strategies?

Yes. Use separate configs/workspaces (Local/Cloud) to isolate risk. Each strategy can have its own limits, mappings, and monitoring.

Do you guarantee profitability?
